*The barn does have HEAT but DOES NOT have AC. Please be advised in the event of a hot and humid day the barn can become hot!

On-site catering is only available through our family owned and operated catering company .Outside catering companies are not permitted. All food is served buffet style. Minimum of 45 persons for all barn events. A 20% service fee (includes gratuity) is applied to all catering prices

$150 Bartender fee applied and $2.00 per person bar set up fee applies

Guests Of The Barn
If you are a guest of any upcoming wedding at the barn, we urge you to dress in appropriate and comfortable attire and shoes. Flat shoes are highly recommended as the floors are original from the 1940's so so have cracks, etc. The barn does have heat but in the event of an extremely cold and windy day, it can still be a bit chilly so bare legs and arms are not recommended. The barn DOES NOT have air conditioning. In the event of an extremely hot and humid day, dress comfortably as it can be warm.
50% of rental fee (non refundable, no exceptions) We are strictly first come first served. We do not "hold" dates for any reason. The first person to place a deposit with a signed agreement will be the confirming booking.

White, black or ivory table linens
Portable restrooms- full bathrooms- one men's, one women's- heated with running water
You are free to decorate the barn as you'd like. All decor is subject to approval. The use of hay, glitter and confetti are not permitted. Additional cleaning fee may be apply if non-approved decor is used. All set up and break down is required of all events on the day of only.
This is strictly prohibited in Rode's Barn. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of barn only
